Slim, you have to log in with the user name and password given to you, then visit the admin section to post a new entry. The interface is simple enough, should let you post new stuff quite easily. Just remember to place your post in the appropriate category, then hit the "Publish" button. Once logged in, you should also be able to access the Forums.
